Hedgehog Heart

What a delightful little read. I enjoyed the way James has linked a person's personality with the nature of an animal and made them relatable. While reading this book I could not help but think about the people close to me in a similar manner – we all have that one person that is a bit like a hedgehog and takes a while to get to know, and we all want our children to feel like lions. As for the illustrations I feel Nikki has captured the essence of this story well.
