Book Buzz #6 with Rebekah (Bex) Lipp - author of How Do I Feel? A Dictionary of Emotions for Children, and co-author of Aroha's Way, Let It Go, Aroha Knows, Finding My Calm and Big Emotions for Little People.

Register before June 10th to go in the draw to win a copy of all of Bex's books for your school. Bex’s own personal story of struggles with mental health issues led her to come up with the idea of making a picture book around the emotions associated with anxiety. Aroha’s Way was created like magic... Bex and Craig (co-authors and illustrator) let their creativity and knowledge really go wild.

Aroha’s Way and their subsequent books on similar topics have proven to be a massive help to children, their parents, teachers, caregivers and professionals working with children. Bex will be talking about her creative and personal journey and the making of these amazing books in conversation with Helen. There will also be spot prizes, lots of book talk and time to browse and buy. Join us and your fellow teachers and librarians for a great bookish evening. In order to limit the possibility of catching Covid from other attendees, we won't be serving refreshments this time round and we ask you to wear a mask while in the shop.

The event is free but please register using this link.
