Opening sentence
People tell me I'm too young to worry so much.
This is the first book written by Becky Overeem and I certainly hope that it is not the last.
The book uses narrative to address the issue of worry and anxiety for younger children. It provides real life examples and practical solutions. It would be a great way to open discussion with a child you had concerns about and for them to see that their worries are not theirs alone.
At the back of the book there is a practical section for the reader to write any worries they have and a guide for parents and caregivers to support them through the process.
