Opening sentence
The internet is absolutely incredible.
'Behind the Screens is absolutely packed with gems on how to keep safe online. Open it to any page and you will find clear, orderly information, worded in such a way that it is easy to absorb. The paragraphs are formatted not only for easy reading but following the layout I teach in the classroom making them a fantastic example in the real world for teaching paragraph writing in a non fiction text.
This book covers many important topics about online space from a factual standpoint, as well as positives and negatives of the online age, the history of the internet, and the science behind it all. Full of tables, pictures and emojis to hold even the shortest attention span, this book should be read by anyone and everyone who interacts with the online world, not just children.
