Matihe! Achoo!

'Matihe! Achoo!' is a bilingual story that focuses on the tupua Mataoho and the pūrākau around the volcanoes of Tamaki Makaurau.

Written in both te reo Māori and English, the reader can choose which suits them best or use this on their journey to learn more te reo. The text features a variety of different fonts, written on curves and in different positions to capture the best out of the big, bold, colourful illustrations.

There is an action song as well, but I wondered if some prior knowledge around pūrākau might help the reader to better understand some of the concepts in the story.
